My name is Catriona. I am a 22 year old graduate of Boston University School of Public Health. I consider southern Virginia my home, but have spent the last few years on the move to pursue my education, including college outside DC, study abroad through Semester at Sea, grad school in Boston, and an amazing global health internship in Houston. I am so thankful for these opportunities I have had to see the world. Starting January 29, 2018, I am setting off on my biggest adventure to date, moving to Ghana to serve as a Health Extension volunteer for the Peace Corps. I am excited for this opportunity to be a part of something bigger than myself, and use my public health degree to support the goals of a community I hope to call my home. Travel is my passion, and now that I have finally finished school, I intend to make it a part of my every day of life.
